   * Drove an assortment of cars including a Lotus 23 and a Brabham sports
     car in which he won both Regional and National SCCA championships
   * Drove an "under two liter" car in the USRRC and the original Trans-Am
     series

1980

   * Started dabbling in historic racing in the U.S. and Europe, primarily
     with Ferraris, combined with a few IMSA and SCCA races
